Our story
Tina Williams, our founder and Director of Care Quality and Client Safety, brings over fourteen years of experience in the United Kingdom's regulated care sector, where caregiver training and care quality are governed by standardized, inspectable national frameworks.
That experience shaped how we think about quality: not as a marketing promise but as a system.
We knew there had to be a better way, and True Dignity Care was born out of that belief.
Where we are today
Every caregiver we employ completes a structured competency-based training program covering client safety, safeguarding and vulnerable adult protection, professional communication, documentation, and incident management.
